At Kona Healthcare, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for all our patients.
1. Consultation Services
Once a consultation has been completed, no refund is applicable.
If a pre-booked consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment time, a full refund may be processed upon request.
2. Diagnostic Services
Payments made for diagnostic tests are non-refundable once the sample has been collected or the procedure has been initiated.
If a test is canceled before sample collection or procedure initiation, a full refund may be provided.
3. Health Packages
Health check-up packages booked in advance can be canceled with full refund if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
After commencement of any part of the package, no partial refund is allowed.
4. Mode of Refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
You will receive confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
